Sphagetti Bolognnaise

Ingredient





4 tablespoons oil
1.5 kg minced beef
3 large onions , finely chopped
3 large green capsicums , diced
6 large cloves garlic , crushed
3 x 425 g cans whole tomatoes 
3 cups tomato puree
3 x 235 g cans tomato past
1 tablespoon dried basil leaves 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
11/2 cups red wine 
4 tablespoons beef stock

1- Heat oil in  a large frying par . Add meat a little at a time and brown , stirring constantly . As each batch is cooked , remove to a bowl . Repeat with remaining meat . Add onions , capsicums and garlic to pan and slowly cook until softened.

2- Return meat to pan with remaining ingredients . Simmer , uncovered , stirring frequently for about 1 1/2 hours , or until thickened . serve over hot noodles or sphagetti.
