Chocolate Cherry Cups

Ingredient


500g dark compound chocolate , melted
100 foil confectionery cups

fillings

220g dark chocolate roughly chopped 
1 cup thick or pouring cream 
4 tablespoons coffee liqueur
200g glace cherries quartered
1- Pour a teaspoonful of melted chocolate into each confectionery cup . use a small brush to coat inside of cup thickly with chocolate , leaving no gaps

2- turn cups upside-down on a wire rack to set . spoon remaining chocolate into a small paper piping bag and pipe patterns onto a sheet of baking paper or foil . allow to set 

3- To make filling ; place chocolate in small heatproof bowl . stand bowl over a pan of simmering water , stir until chocolate has melted . Add cream and liqueur ; stir until smooth

4- Place a piece if cherry into each cup . spoon filling into each cup up to the rim . Tap gently to release any air bubbles . Place a piped pattern on top of each chocolate . store in a cool , dark place for up to two weeks
