Pasta With Mushroom Cream Sauce

Ingredients



60g butter 
185g small mushroom , sliced
1 clove garlic , crashed
300ml cream 
1 teaspoon grated lemon ring 
pinch pepper
pinch nutmeg
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese 



1- Melt butter in a pan, Add mushrooms and gently fry for 30 seconds ,Add garlic,lemon rinds,cream,pepper and nutmeg to taste.


2- Stir on low heat for 1 -2 minutes ,Add parmesan cheese and cook for 3 minutes,


3- Serve on any shaped macaroni or noodles.
