Fresh Pasta Dough

Ingredient



3 cups plain flour
3 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons water




1- sift flour into large bowl or into a mound on a flat surface . make a well in the center . whisk together eggs , oil and water

2- Add three-quarters of the egg mixture to the flour and cut liquid through flour using two flat-bladed knives . Add remaining liquid if needed , to form a stiff dough . knead dough for about 20 minutes until smooth and elastic . Divide dough into four pieces and use and use as desired.
