ingredient
1 packet Samosas sheets or large spring rolls wrappers
2 large potatoes
1/2 cup frozen peas
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon chilly flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander or mint
veg.oil for beep frying
1- Peel ,the potatoes chop squares and boil until tender ,then drain the water .
2- Boil the peas until soft then drain the water.
2- In a dry pan toast the coriander seeds and cumin seeds until they are very aromatic .then grind then well.
3- Then mix all ingredients together .
4- Start wrapping the samosas into a triangle shape,by placing a tablespoon full of the filling at one end of the wrapper then fold it over diagonally .then close the end tip with water or brush it with well beaten egg.
5- Freeze for 10 minutes then deep fry on both sides until golden color ,drain the access oil ,the serve hot.
