Ingredient
250g butter
2/3 cup caster sugar
4 tablespoon condensed milk
2 cup self raising flour sifted
250g cooking chocolate,grated
1- Beat butter and sugar in a bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy .Beat in condensed milk and vanilla essence Fold in sifted flours and grated chocolate.
2- Drop two tea spoons of mixture onto greased baking trays, allow room for spreading. bake at 160'C for 15 minutes, or until golden brown .Cool on trays for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.Store in an airtight container.
