Chicken Mushrooms Pot Pies

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts diced
1/2 cup boiled peas
1 cup mushrooms
1 onion diced
oregano
salt and pepper
1 cup fresh cream
 1/2 quantity of puff pastry sheets
1 well beaten egg
1- In a sauce pan fry the diced chicken until golden brown.Remove from the pan ,and the onion in the pan fry until soft ,and the mushroom and peas and chicken again ,stir well for 3 minutes and salt ,pepper and oregano ,then add the cream stir for 5 minutes ,

2- Pour the sauce in oven cups ,and leave about 1cm room for the steam .

3- cut square or round shapes pastry lay on top of the cups to cover,  place the cups on an oven tray 
    Make some wholes in the center of the cups to allow steam ,so the puff pastry won't get wet,

4- Brush the top of the cups with well beaten egg .bake in hot oven 200'c.for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
