Ingredient
1 tablespoon oil
500g spaghetti
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
grated parmesan cheese
to serve
SAUCE
1 x 45 g can anchovy fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic , crushed
2 tablespoon fine dry breadcrumbs
pinch black pepper
2- To prepare sauce : drain anchovy fillets and chop . Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic until soft . Add anchovies and cook , stirring , for 2 minutes . stir in breadcrumbs and pepper , and reheat .
3- Spoon sauce over spaghetti and toss lightly . sprinkle with plenty of chopped parsley and serve grated parmesan cheese sparately
