Ingredient
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
6 egg whites
4 tablespoons plain flour,sifted
2 tablespoon cocoa
4 tablespoon thickened cream
120g butter melted
1 cup slivered almonds
2- spoon about two teaspoonfuls of mixture onto each end of paper-lined backing sheets . Allow room for spreading . Spread out mixture to form 12cm circles . Arrange almond slivers on top .
3- Back at 160' C for 10-12 minutes , or until edges begin to darken . Cool on tray for 2-3 minutes . transfer to a wire rack . Store in an airtight container.
