Ingredient
250g butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup cornflour , sifted
1 cup plain flour , sifted
Filling
40g butter
1 cup icing sugar rind of 2 oranges , finely grated
4 teaspoons orange juice
2- Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto greased baking trays . Lightly flatten the top of each biscuits with a fork .
Bake at 180'C for 10-15 minutes , or until golden . Cool on tray for 2-3 minutes . Transfer to wire rack to
cool completely . When cold , sandwich biscuits together with orange filling
3- To make filling : beat butter , icing sugar and orange rind in a small bowl with an electric mixer . Stir in orange juice . Spread over half the biscuits . Sandwich with remaining biscuits . store in an airtight container
