Ingredient
6 small red apples
1/2 quantity puff pastry
6 tablespoons apricot jam,
6 tablespoons caster sugar
100g butter, finely chopped
6 tablespoons extra sieved apricot jam
1- Cut apples in half core do not peel ,Slice thinly as you can.
2- Roll out the pastry and cut round or squares as required .Grease your tray and lay in the pastry
3- spread the apricot jam on the pastry leaving the border ,Arrange the apple slices on the tray,
4-Sprinkle caster sugar on top of the apples ,and dot small cubes of butter .chill for 20 minutes and Bake in preheated 210'C oven for 20 minutes,or until golden brown.glaze the top with warm sieved jam
