Ingredient
320g dark chocolate chopped
250g butter
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 1/2 caster sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla essence
2 cups plain flour
1 1/2 chopped walnuts or pecans
1- Place Chocolate and butter in a heat proof bowl over simmering water until melted and smooth ,Remove from heat and cool.
2- Stir in eggs,sugar and essence.Add sifted flour and nuts, combine well do not over beat.
3- Pour mixture into a tin brushed with melted butter lined with baking paper .bake in 180'C preheated oven
for 20-25 minutes . cool in tin ,dust with combined cocoa and icing or melted chocolate.
