Cranberry wings

Ingredient

1.5 kg chicken wings
freshly ground black pepper
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup bottled cranberry sauce
1/2 cup spicy red barbecue sauce
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 - In a glass or ceramic container , combine chicken wings , pepper , marmalade , cranberry sauce , barbecue sauce and vinegar . stir to coat the chicken wings in the sauce mixture . Refrigerate , covered , for about 2 hours or leave overnight

2 - Barbecue or grill wings about 15 cm from heat , turning them occasionally , for 15 - 20 minutes . Continue cooking , basting wings with sauce mixture until cooked through and well glazed , about 10 minutes more
