ingredients
1 onion finely chopped
1 tablespoon finely grated lemon rind
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 glove garlic,crushed
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon gram masala
8 pieces drum sticks
1- Combine all ingredients except chicken in a glass bowl.
2- Add the drum sticks ,Mix well and cover with plastic wrap then refrigerate over night.
3- Remove from marinade sauce with tongs allowing the excess sauce to drip off.Placing the chicken on an lightly oiled rack in a baling dish.
4- Bake in 220'C oven for 15-20 minutes or until well cooked .
