Ingredients
1- Placed bread rounds on baking tray .Spread tomato pickle evenly over each piece . Top with the sliced chicken and mushrooms and capsicum . Sprinkle with herb of your choice , then with grated mozzarella cheese .
6 rounds wholemeal Lebanese bread ,about 12 cm in diameter
1/4 cup tomato pickle or chutney
125 g cooked chicken slivered
125 g fresh mushrooms sliced
1 red or green capsicum , sliced
dried oregano or basil leaves
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2- Bake the bread rounds in a hot oven 200' for 15 minutes , until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbling . serve immediately
