Ingredients
4 medium egg yolks
4 tbls caster sugar
1 tbls warm water
75ml marsala
175g raspberries
2 tbls toasted almonds
sponge fingers or sweet biscuits
2- Add the marsala , a little at a time . Whisking constantly until the mixture becomes thick , creamy foam that will hold its shape
3- Divide the fruit between 4 individual serving glasses . spoon the hot zabaglione over the berries , scatter with toasted almonds and serve immediately with sponge fingers or small sweet biscuits .
