Ingredients
4 slices of bread
150g natural yogurt
125g Lancashire cheese
1/2 green pepper chopped
5 pineapples rings
salt and pepper
parsley to garnish
2-Mix together cheese yogurt green pepper and one chopped pineapple ring Add salt and pepper to taste .
3-Spread the mixture over the toast and cover each toast with one pineapple ring .
4- Place under grill until cheese begin to bubble .
5 garnish with parsley
