Mushroom Soup

Ingredients

250g button mushrooms 
1 onion, chopped
600 ml stock
1/2 teaspoon mixed herbs 
salt and pepper
25g milk powder 
1 teaspoon chopped parsley for garnish
1- Place mushrooms ,onions, stock, herbs salt and pepper to taste in a pan .Bring to boil ,cover to simmer for 20 minutes,

2-Leave to cool slightly ,Place the soup in an electric blender with the milk powder ,Blend until smooth and return to pan,

3- bring to boil stirring cook for another 1 or 2 minutes serve in hot tureen  and garnish with parsley.
