Ingredient
900 ml beef stock
salt and pepper
2 slices bread
50 g Edam cheese ,grated
1- Place onions and stock in a pan ,Bring to boil ,cover and simmer for 20 minutes,Add salt and pepper to taste.
2-Toast the bread lightly on both sides and cut into quarters. Pour the sop into individual ovenproof bowls.
3- Top each bowl with 2 pieces of bread and sprinkle some cheese on top and place them under the grill until the cheese has melted . Serve immediately
