Yogurt Salad

Ingredient

1 cup yogurt
2 cucumbers
1 garlic finely shopped
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper

Directions:
•Put the yogurt in clean gauze; leave the yogurt for about 2 hours until it strains completely from any access water.
•Wash the cucumber well and shred it and squeeze it well to get rid of access water
•Add the yogurt in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients, add the cucumber and season it with salt and pepper.
•Cover and put it in the fridge for couple of hours before serving
•You can substitute dried mint with dried dell or powdered cumin
•Chopped green onions can be added as well.
